Ahoy Ahoy. My name is Corey and welcome to my little photography project.
What is it? I’m calling it Corey’s Project 365, and what that means is that I will take a picture of something everyday.
Are there any rules? Not really. I’ve just got to make sure to take a picture each day, and eventually I’ll get it uploaded to the site here.
What type of camera are you using? I picked up a Canon Rebel XT a little over a year ago, and this will be my primary mode of snapshot. However, on days and places when I don’t have it, there’s always my camera phone.
Where did you get this fabulous idea to do this? On January 2 I received an e-mail from my friend Jerricka who linked me to http://photojojo.com/content/tutorials/project-365-take-a-photo-a-day/.
What WordPress theme are you using? It’s very minimalistic! I modified version of the Sandbox theme, found at http://www.plaintxt.org/themes/sandbox/. I wanted to go with something really simple, and this theme was great for that (in addition to teaching me some things about php and markup).
How often will you update? The goal is to update the site during the weekends. I’ll be taking pictures every day, but I won’t have time to upload every day because I’ll be busy parasailing with movie stars.
