A few years ago, a few friends and I set up a website called Awesomeopolis. It was meant to be a home for sharing great stories from the Internet, in addition to creating original content.  We started off with a lot of momentum in 2009, but in 2010 the posts slowed to a trickle. We decided to shut off the lights and close it down.

I had a great time with it and I want to thank my friends for making it fun.
